Mold thermal management (±1°C regulation), hydraulic clamping tonnage calculation, parting line venting, wax release agent application methods, and vacuum-assisted cavity filling for defect-free surfaces.
Systematic diagnosis of common manufacturing defects: void formation, surface pinholes, density variation, split lines, poor adhesion, cell collapse, curing shrinkages, and mix-head lead/lag streaking.
