Returning A Part Under Warranty
Before returning any part, please refer to your PPMPL warranty for terms and conditions. If you have any questions regarding your warranty, write to our Service Department -
When returning a part that is under warranty, please follow these steps:
Contact our Service Department to report the machine type, part number and conditions of the failure.
After our Service Department provides you with a RMA (Return Material Authorization), they will
give you specific shipping information for returning the failed part to Linden.
When the part arrives, Linden technicians will evaluate it and either repair or replace it, usually in less
than 48 hours.
