PU SHOE SOLE PLANT TYPES

BANANA

The simplest unit for the production of polyurethane soles/ shoes consists basically of two elements. A low pressure open pouring dispensing unit the mixer of which is attached at the end of a boom which can be moved from mould to mould by the operator and moulds carrier bracket are arranged in a semicircle. The moulds openings are cloud are done by the operator.

The numbers of moulds this plant can accommodate from 24 to 30Nos. the hourly output range lies between 120 to 150 pairs (240 to 300 pieces) minimum, depending on the model. Single layer soles as well as shoes can be manufactured. Because of their simplicity, those plants are the cheapest of the range of PU shoes sole plants.

OVAL

The mixing head is X-Y manipulated type which automatically pours to the open mould. The pouring sequence starts and stops can set as either automatic or manual and the mould closes. Up to 210 pairs of soles (minimum), in one hour with a demould time of 3 minutes, in 44 station can be produced, depending on the machine type. The metering pumps are of high precision, and the polyol to isocyanate ration are digitally controlled as shoes can be manufactured. Because of their simplicity, those plants are the cheapest of the range of PU shoe sole plants.
